- 予稿も講演も英語の国際会議です。
- 初日のレセプション前に日本人評価者の先生方に「本新学術への期待」をお1人20分で話していただきます。班員の先生方はここから参加してください。
- 外国人評価者３名を含む６名の方にお一人40分の招待講演をお願いしています。
- 口頭発表は、計画班および推薦のあった公募班の先生方にお1人20分でお願いします。
- 若手セミナー：発表時間は1人15分（発表12分、質疑3分）です。
発表は液晶プロジェクターを使用した方式のみです。パソコンは各自でご用意ください。 - ポスターセッション：ポスターボードの貼付可能なサイズは横幅90cm X 高さ153cmです。左記サイズに収まるように作成してください。
ボードへのポスター貼り付けは、6月3日の13時30分までに行ってください。押しピンは用意いたします。

- Notice
- Official language is English.
- On the 1st day, three domestic review members will talk on "what to expect from this research group".
- Six invited speaker including three international review members will give an invited talk (40 min).
- All "planned research" members and some "publicly invited research" members will give an oral presentation (20 min).
- The rest of research members will give a poster presentation.
- Anybody both inside and outside of the research group can apply for a poster presentation.
- On the 3rd day "Young Researcher Seminar" is held. Several poster presenters under the age of 40 in this research group will give an oral presentation (15 min).
